Our founder, Daniel Klosowski, trained as a gas engineer after recognising just how important reliable heating and plumbing services in Loughborough are to families and businesses. With over 7 years of hands-on experience, Daniel set out to build a business that puts quality, trust, and genuine customer care at its heart.
Since day one, we’ve grown from a one-man operation into a trusted local team serving homeowners, landlords, and businesses across the region. Our clients stay with us because we combine honest communication with high technical standards, and we always show up when it matters most.
One example is Martin Lloyd, who called us when his boiler broke down. With three children at home, heating was critical. We fixed the fault on the spot, then installed a modern Worcester Bosch boiler designed to futureproof his growing home. He now enjoys consistent hot water, lower energy bills, and peace of mind.

With over 7 years in the trade, Daniel leads with a focus on quality, safety, and customer care. He’s responsible for day-to-day operations and is often found on-site solving problems hands-on.
Hubert – Senior Gas Engineer
Hubert brings years of experience in both domestic and commercial systems. Known for his precision and professionalism, he ensures every project meets the highest safety standards.
Łukasz – Gas Engineer
Łukasz joined as a trainee and has since become a fully qualified engineer through dedication and internal training. He’s proof of our belief in growing talent from within.
