Worcester Bosch boiler installations across the East Midlands

The job

Homeowners across the East Midlands came to us through 2025 with old, inefficient or unreliable boilers. In Loughborough, Nottingham, Derby, Grantham and the surrounding areas, each home needed its heating replaced with a modern, energy efficient system suited to the property and to the way the household actually uses hot water. Rather than treating any of them as a standard swap, we looked at every property on its own terms before recommending anything.

What we did

We assessed each home individually and recommended the Worcester Bosch boiler and controls that fitted it best, working across the Greenstar 1000, 2000, 4000 and 8000 ranges. The work covered straight boiler replacements, system and combi conversions, new heating controls, system flushing, Worcester Bosch magnetic filters, full commissioning and warranty registration. Every installation was finished to the same standard, and every customer was left with a system that had been set up properly and a local team they could come back to. In total we completed approximately 160 boiler installations across the East Midlands during the year.

Challenges

The main challenge was volume across a wide area. Keeping the same workmanship, communication and customer care on every single job, while running that number of installations from Loughborough out to Grantham, took careful planning and a lot of teamwork.

The result

Approximately 160 homes across the East Midlands now have modern, reliable and energy efficient heating, installed and commissioned by a local independent company. The work was carried out throughout 2025. It also completed Worcester Bosch's Power Up to Paris challenge, and we were invited to Paris to mark the achievement alongside Worcester Bosch and other heating businesses. For an independent East Midlands business, reaching that number in a single year without letting standards slip is something the whole team is proud of.
